Dual cell pick and place, with datuming system and presenter, for pre punched steel sheet to robot and press brake.

The project was ordered by Rittal CSM Ltd in Plymouth. It was installed and commisioned within two days and on time.

 

 

This 6 station indexing machine produces small assemblies used in the petrochemical industry. It drills, inserts, crimps and counts the component into tins.

An automated production line for a large timber engineering company.The nailing and stapling gantries employ the latest automated equipment to fire up to 6nails per second and are controlled by a Baldor 7 axis Nextmove e100 servo controller.The line produces frames, for timber frame housing, up to 6m long by 3m wide.

 

 

 

We were commissioned to design and manufacture a system to remove excess liquor from a web prior to a production process. The system uses a roots blower, combined with a specially designed manifold and liquid handling system, to remove the liquor. The process line now operates at three times its original speed.

Multispindle Drill Head. This is an interior view of the drill head. It connects directly to a pillar drill and has a very narrow pitch.( 4 x 5mm dia and 1 x 16mm dia drills within 80mm )
